The Administrative Assistant (Tampa, Florida) provides high-level support for daily operations by performing various tasks to ensure organizational efficiency. Assistant Electrical Estimator Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Document Management: Prepare, organize, and file documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Data Entry and Database Management: Maintain and update records in databases, spreadsheets, or files.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, ensure equipment maintenance, and coordinate with service providers.
  • Event and Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and assist in planning meetings, conferences, or company events.
  • Expense Reporting and Budgeting: Assist with budget tracking, processing invoices, and managing expense reports.
  • Project Assistance: Support projects by organizing files, gathering and analyzing data, and providing administrative support.
  • Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure office efficiency and effectiveness.

Assistant Electrical Estimator Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software (e.g., Google Workspace, scheduling tools).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness, as this role may involve handling sensitive information.
