About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale healthcare construction projects in the Dallas area. This role is responsible for overseeing all field operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and schedule adherence for complex electrical installations in hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site electrical construction activities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise field staff, foremen, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and General Contractors
- Ensure all work meets NFPA, NEC, and healthcare compliance standards
- Maintain project schedules, manpower planning, and workflow
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and commissioning
- Enforce and promote jobsite safety programs
- Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders professionally
- Drive productivity, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience
- 5+ years as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
- Proven experience in healthcare projects (hospitals, medical facilities, surgical centers, etc.)
- Experience with BIM coordination and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, fire alarm, low voltage, and emergency systems
- In-depth understanding of healthcare codes, AHCA/TDSHS standards, and infection control (ICRA)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA 30 required (or ability to obtain)
