Senior Electrical Project Manager – Data Centers (Atlanta, Georgia) Position Overview:

The Senior Electrical Project Manager – Data Centers (Atlanta, Georgia) will lead and manage all phases of large-scale data center electrical construction projects, with a focus on exceeding client expectations and delivering quality work in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards. This role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing project teams, and contributing to business development efforts within designated client groups or geographic areas.

Senior Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive management for one or more electrical projects in data center environments, including ground-up construction and complex remodels.
• Ensure all project work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Establish and enforce project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance metrics aligned with corporate standards.
• Represent the company in client meetings, labor negotiations, and internal strategy discussions.
• Maintain strong client relationships while managing the financial aspects of contracts to safeguard company interests.
• Supervise project teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery in alignment with both client and internal expectations.
• Perform takeoffs, prepare pricing for change orders, and generate project-specific quotes.
• Collaborate with the Project Executive to ensure precise financial tracking and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Senior Electrical Project Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in electrical project management, overseeing projects ranging from $20M to $100M.
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License is strongly preferred.
• Strong command of electrical estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project management best practices.
• Deep understanding of billing cycles and financial reporting processes.
• Proficient with industry software including Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM 360, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
