Senior Electrical Project Manager (Dallas, Texas) Overview:
Our client is seeking a qualified Senior Electrical Project Manager (Dallas, Texas) to lead the successful execution of complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality standards. This role partners closely with field leadership, clients, and internal teams to drive project efficiency, resolve challenges, and deliver high-performing results.
Senior Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead overall project execution, coordinating field teams, schedules, and deliverables
- Manage project financials: budgeting, forecasting, billing, and cost control
- Oversee documentation including drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Handle procurement, material buyouts, and delivery coordination
- Track project progress, production, and schedules; participate in jobsite meetings
- Support closeout activities including as-builts and O&M documentation
Senior Electrical Project Manager Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical construction
- Strong leadership experience managing teams across field and office functions
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Solid understanding of construction documents, change management, and billing processes
- Experience with estimating, preconstruction, and/or design-build projects preferred
