Electrical Project Executive Position Overview:

We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Project Executive to provide executive-level leadership for large-scale hyperscale data center projects valued up to $100M+. This individual will oversee project strategy, financial performance, client relationships, operational execution, and project teams from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data center, pharmaceutical, mission-critical, or highly technical industrial construction, with hyperscale data center experience strongly preferred.

Electrical Project Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive oversight for large, complex electrical projects, ensuring successful delivery across safety, quality, schedule, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams while establishing clear expectations for execution and accountability.
• Oversee project financials, including budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete projections, change management, cash flow, procurement, and overall profitability.
• Partner with preconstruction, operations, engineering, field leadership, and commissioning teams to develop project strategies and mitigate schedule, cost, and constructability risks.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, general contractors, design teams, vendors, and key project stakeholders, building strong long-term relationships.
• Maintain executive-level visibility into major electrical scopes, including medium-voltage distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, controls, and mission-critical infrastructure.

Electrical Project Executive Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive electrical construction experience with demonstrated leadership of large, complex projects and project teams.
• Proven experience within hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, pharmaceutical, or highly technical industrial environments.
• Strong track record overseeing electrical projects or portfolios valued at $100M+, including responsibility for financial and operational performance.
• Advanced understanding of electrical construction, procurement, scheduling, commissioning, change management, risk management, and project controls.
• Demonstrated ability to develop Project Managers and field leaders while successfully managing demanding clients and fast-track project environments.
• Hyperscale data center experience strongly preferred, with flexibility to travel or relocate based on project requirements.
