The Electrical Project Executive (Atlanta, Georgia) will be accountable for developing and building strong teams for each project while delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing to scope, delivering on time, and delivering within budget.
Electrical Project Executive Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of multiple large-scale projects to ensure profitability and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement lessons learned.
- Manage, mentor, and develop project teams; handle work assignments, hiring, and performance appraisals.
- Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and process design methodology.
- Develop and monitor project goals, schedules, and procurement requirements.
- Adjust priorities based on customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to align expectations.
- Supervise third-party construction firms and manage project financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with accounting on invoicing and change orders, and with legal on contract disputes.
- Balance internal and external resource management.
Electrical Project Executive Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
- Strong understanding of electric power engineering and field coordination with construction management.
- Expertise in project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts.
- Proven ability to build relationships and secure projects.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and motivational skills.
- A background in construction management or electrical engineering is preferred.
