Electrical General Superintendent (Phoenix, Arizona) Position Overview:
We are recruiting for an Electrical General Superintendent (Phoenix, Arizona) to oversee field operations across multiple commercial and industrial electrical construction projects in the Phoenix area. This senior leadership role is responsible for directing Superintendents, General Foremen, and Foremen while ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Electrical General Superintendent Responsibilities Include
- Lead field operations across multiple electrical construction projects while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and productivity goals are achieved.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop Superintendents, General Foremen, and Foremen to build high-performing field teams.
- Partner with field and project leadership to optimize staffing, manpower planning, resource allocation, and project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall performance while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
Electrical General Superintendent Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent field experience.
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience, including leadership of large commercial or industrial projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple field teams, Superintendents, and large-scale electrical construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving skills with a valid driver’s license.
