Electrical General Foreman (Phoenix, Arizona) Position Overview:
We are recruiting for an Electrical General Foreman (Phoenix, Arizona) to oversee commercial and industrial electrical construction projects throughout the Phoenix area. This leadership role is responsible for directing field operations, coordinating crews, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Electrical General Foreman Responsibilities Include
- Lead and supervise Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and field crews.
- Coordinate daily field operations, manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects on schedule and resolve field issues.
- Ensure all work meets OSHA, NEC, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Mentor field personnel while promoting a safe, productive, team-oriented culture.
Electrical General Foreman Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent field experience.
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience with proven field leadership.
- Experience managing commercial and/or industrial electrical projects.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Electrical General Foreman Compensation
- Highly competitive compensation based on experience.
