Electrical Foreman (Phoenix, Arizona) Position Overview:
We are recruiting for an Electrical Foreman (Phoenix, Arizona) to oversee field crews and support electrical construction projects in the Phoenix area. This hands-on leadership role will likely support data center projects and is responsible for coordinating daily installations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and keeping field activities on schedule.
Electrical Foreman Responsibilities Include
- Lead and work alongside electricians and apprentices on electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and coordinate manpower, tools, and materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, and electrical drawings.
- Partner with Project Managers and General Foremen to maintain schedules, budgets, and project goals.
- Monitor workmanship, resolve field issues, and ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and project safety requirements.
- Train and mentor field personnel while maintaining daily reports and progress documentation.
Electrical Foreman Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification and experience.
- 7+ years of electrical construction experience, including field leadership.
- Experience leading crews on mid-sized to large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction drawings, safety standards, and field coordination.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Electrical Foreman Compensation
