HVAC Technician (Clearwater, Florida) Position Overview:

The HVAC Technician (Clearwater, Florida) is to provide maintenance and repairs on a variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities

• Service, repair, maintain and/or offer residential HVAC equipment replacement when in the customers best interest.
• Promote company, products and services with an enthusiastic professional and trusted attitude.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

HVAC Technician Qualifications

• Ability to build lasting rapport with customers with a consultative approach and style. 
• Strong skill in troubleshooting, repairing and/or recommending new HVAC systems. 
• Always completes jobs accurately without shortcuts to ensure few call backs, customer satisfaction and retention.
• Must have a good driving record and able to pass background and drug testing
