Electrical Superintendent (Henderson, Colorado) Position Overview:
The Electrical Superintendent (Henderson, Colorado) is responsible for coordinating activities related to commercial and industrial construction projects on jobsite, supervising field personnel required to complete work ahead of schedule, within budget and within specifications. This person will work in conjunction with the on-site Electrical Project Manager and assigned supporting Senior Superintendent.
Electrical Superintendent Responsibilities
- Supervising and mentoring field personnel
- Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and GC
- Coordinating all manpower and materials
- Implementing and monitoring the construction plan; including scheduling and logistics
- Monitoring job costing, quality reporting, forecasting and productivity
Electrical Superintendent Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in senior-level field management roles within the commercial/industrial electrical construction industry, proven experience in managing projects greater than $15M, and a workforce of 100 employees
- Certification from an accredited electrical trade school institution
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 & Bluebeam Studio, Teams, Construction Monkey
- Colorado Journeyman Electrical License
Electrical Superintendent Compensation
- Commensurate with experience, paid weekly
